Longhorn Ranches have several Dubois area properties they are developing, some along the Wind River.
Just over the hill east of Jackson Hole, now the nations wealthiest community, Dubois is starting to see the growth and increase in land values that is inevitable. Already having the beautiful landscape and wildlife, it's only natural for the Dubois area to change too.
Longhorn Ranches have several parcels on the market currently, including a large 80 acre tract that has incredible views and borders on government BLM land, giving direct access to the Wind River Range.
Also available is 40 acres +/- that includes a cliff above the Wind River, both sides of one stretch of the Wind River, and beautiful hay fields and a nice home. This is one of the nicest pieces of land in the Dubois area and the Longhorn owners once considered building here.
